? How long do approvals usually take?
Simple home renovation scopes typically clear within 3–10 working days after we submit a complete pack, depending on the community and authority review load. MEP-heavy, mall or complex projects may take longer due to multiple stakeholders.
? What documents do you prepare and submit?
Architectural and MEP drawings, method statements, risk assessments, material specifications, shop drawings, load schedules, HSE plans, insurances and as-built drawings – aligned with each authority or developer’s standards.
? Do you attend community or authority inspections?
Yes. Our engineers or supervisors attend inspections, manage comments and coordinate site rectifications until final sign-off is issued.
? Can you support approvals only, without execution?
We recommend full design–build execution for speed and accountability, but we can support approvals-only scopes on select projects. Share your drawings and timeline and we’ll confirm what’s feasible.
